2008 Spring Trip Information Dear KHS Band Students and Parents, This year the Pride of the Yellowjacket Band is planning to travel to Orlando, Florida to visit Walt Disney World. This trip will provide all of our students with a superb musical performance environment, cultural and educational learning opportunities, time to strengthen character and a chance to build independence and responsibility. In an effort to build a stronger team within our band community we want to offer this Spring Trip experience to all band students in grades 9-12 who desire to participate. Every student that travels to Disney World will perform as part of the concert band as well as march in a parade.. We would also like to invite parents to participate on this trip. If you are interested in traveling with the band to Disney World, please contact the band department and its directors.
