- Transfer Application - Kemp ISD accepts student transfers from other school districts for no fee provided there is space in the students particular grade level and there is no prior attendance or discipline problems. Student transfer status is contingent upon maintenance of good attendance and discipline record.

Bad Weather/Emergency Closing
When it becomes necessary to open late or to release students early, the following radio and television stations will be notified by school officials: Television Channels 4, 5, 8 or 11 and Radio stations: WBAP 820 AM or KRLD 1080 AM. A message will also be left at 903-498-1314.
